Within 48 hours of placing your order, we will send you an automated email confirming that your order has been received. Please note that this is only a technical notification and does not constitute a contract.

Afterwards, we will send you a separate manual email, which serves as the final confirmation of your order and marks the conclusion of the contract. The products will be dispatched only after this final confirmation has been sent.

The automated system email should arrive within 48 hours, although in practice it usually arrives much sooner. The manual confirmation email is typically sent within a further 24–48 hours.

If you have not received these emails after this period, there may be a technical issue, or the email address provided with the order may have been entered incorrectly. Please contact us at info@mosolyajandek.hu from the email address at which you expected to receive the messages, and include the details of the order in question. We will do our best to check whether the order is visible in our system and determine why the email may not have reached you.
